This October, Centennial Vineyards in Bowral will welcome the inaugural Horizontal Festival — a groundbreaking food, wine, music, and art event like no other in the Southern Highlands. This immersive festival promises to deliver a truly multi-sensory experience designed to engage every guest in a celebration of local flavour and culture.

Horizontal Festival goes beyond the traditional food and wine event. Instead, it offers a thoughtfully curated journey through a series of themed zones, each designed to captivate the senses and highlight the best of the region. Attendees can enjoy varietal-led wine tastings, exceptional local cuisine, live music performances, interactive workshops, and stunning art installations — all set against the picturesque backdrop of Centennial Vineyards in Bowral, Southern Highlands.

The Sparkling Bar

A serene white space featuring classical music, sparkling wines, oysters, and high tea delicacies.

The Vineyard
